Two evenings at the decorated Victorian ranch house: free admission, tours, Santa's Workshop in the Red Barn, carolers and craft vendors, with optional $20 professional photos with Santa.

Each December the Camarillo Ranch Foundation decorates the Camarillo Ranch House, the city's 1892 Victorian mansion, and opens it for two evenings with Santa. In 2026 the evenings are December 1 and 2, 4 to 8 p.m., at 201 Camarillo Ranch Road.

Admission is free. You can tour the decorated house, visit Santa's Workshop in the Red Barn and listen to Victorian carolers. Families with young children are the main audience, but the house tour also suits anyone interested in local history.

About Camarillo

Camarillo sits on the Oxnard Plain between the Conejo Grade and the strawberry fields: an outlet mall on the 101, a walkable Old Town on Ventura Boulevard, the 1892 Camarillo Ranch House, and an airport that was once Oxnard Air Force Base. It's also where this project started.

Getting there: Metrolink and Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner stop at the Camarillo station on Lewis Road, at the east end of Old Town. Old Town's shops and restaurants line Ventura Boulevard between Lewis Road and Carmen Drive.
