These terms apply when you use our3dreality.com ("Our 3D Reality"), operated by Planet Zuda, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our 3D Reality is a free, browser-based, stylized recreation of real and imagined places, for entertainment and exploration. It is not a navigation, safety, legal, historical or travel-planning tool. Buildings, interiors, prices, menus, people and conversations in the game are simplified or invented. Don't rely on them for real-world decisions.
The events guide lists real-world events using information from organisers' public pages, linked on each event. Dates, times and details can change, and events can be cancelled. Always confirm with the organiser before you go. We are not the organiser of any real-world event we list, unless an event is clearly marked as happening only in the game.
Real businesses and landmarks appear because they exist on public maps. Their names are shown only to identify real places. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any business, brand, museum, city or landmark shown. Interiors are generic and imagined from what kind of place it is. No logos, mascots or trade dress are reproduced on purpose. If you own a business shown and want its name or presentation changed or removed, contact us through the in-game Feedback form.
Don't use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or break into the site or its server. Don't submit content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing, or that contains someone else's private information.
If you send feedback, vote, upload art to a community wall or subscribe to updates, you confirm you have the right to send it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, moderate, display and use it for running and improving the site. Art uploads must be public domain or your own work. They are reviewed before anyone else sees them, and we can decline or remove anything at any time.
Taxi fares, cash, cars, upgrades, prizes and anything else earned in the game are virtual. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and may be reset, changed or removed as the game develops.
Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and available under the Open Database Licence. Third-party assets are used under their own licences, listed on the credits page. The site's own code, design, text and original models belong to Planet Zuda, LLC, except where noted.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may have bugs, be unavailable, or run poorly on some devices. It uses your device's graphics hardware, so stop if your device gets too hot or if motion or flashing effects make you uncomfortable.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50.
The site is for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the site or these terms will be resolved by final, binding arbitration, not in court. The arbitration will be seated in Ventura County, California. It will be conducted in English by a single arbitrator under the consumer arbitration rules of a recognized provider, such as JAMS or the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction. Any court proceeding needed to compel arbitration or to enforce an award will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class proceeding.
