About Fillmore
Fillmore is the 'last, best small town' of the Heritage Valley, with citrus groves, a preserved downtown, and the Fillmore & Western Railway, whose vintage trains have starred in films. Its public excursions from the depot ended in June 2021, when its lease on the county-owned line ran out.
Getting there: Fillmore is on Highway 126, about 30 minutes east of Ventura. The depot and Central Avenue downtown are one block north of the highway.
