A ten-day festival of Indian crafts, food, music and dance held near the Taj Mahal.
Taj Mahotsav is a ten-day festival held every year from February 18 to 27 in Agra, traditionally at Shilpgram near the Taj Mahal. The 2026 edition moved to a site off Fatehabad Road. It started in 1992 to support local artisans and traditions, and it is run by the Taj Mahotsav Committee.
About 400 artisans from across India show and sell their crafts, and there are music, dance and food throughout. It suits shoppers, families and anyone visiting the Taj in late February. The opening day features a procession with decorated elephants, camels, drummers and folk dancers.
